FENJI Industrial air and water cooled chillers are specially designed for industrial cooling applications. Each chiller is equipped with a 304SS water tank and inline circulation pump with TEFC motor. The chillers are available in 3 different types including: air cooled, water cooled and low temperature units. For each unit, open skid or cabinet types are available. The products are commonly used in applications for Plastics-injection molding, electronics component manufacturing, chemical manufacturing/processing, Medical/Pharmaceutical, food service/manufacturing or metal plating/anodizing facilities to name a few.

The most rugged and capable water cooled scroll chiller in the industry is a FENJI. Our water cooled scroll chillers utilize environmentally friendly R407C refrigerant as well as 134A, 404A, or others. Each chiller is available with eco-friendly heat recovery exchangers which can provide 130 deg. F to 140 deg. F hot water free of charge. 2. FENJI Industrial chillers come standard with industry leading shell and tube evaporators with inner-fin high efficiency copper tubes. Water cooled industrial chillers come with high efficiency shell and tube condensers. Air cooled industrial chillers utilize durable and high efficiency copper coils with mechanically bonded rippled aluminum fins. The performance of the air cooled condenser is further enhanced with the low noise performance of metal, multi-blade, high volume-fans powered by the indestructible design of low speed, external rotor motors. Low ambient options are available on all FENJI air cooled chillers. Custom materials and alternative/specialty evaporators and condensers are available upon request.

3. FENJI Industrial air and water cooled chillers are highly serviceable and complete with Alco/Emerson TXV’s, liquid line sight glasses, electrically operated liquid line solenoid valves, liquid line shut-off valves and high capacity liquid line filter driers. Multiple compressors and multiple circuits are available upon request. All industrial water cooled chillers from FENJI come with optional condenser water outlet, direct acting regulating valves for optimum condenser performance.
